About Our Disc Jockey Service?
RJJ Disc Jockey Service is locally owned and operated with the goal to provide a professional
disc jockey service at a great value. Currently RJJ has four disc jockey's on staff, with all having
12+ years of DJ experience.  We believe that being a successful disc jockey requires 100% musical expertise, 100% customer satisfaction, and 100% professionalism. The investment you make with RJJ reflects the expertise and quality we bring to your special event.
Is Set up included in your price?
You never have to pay for setup or takedown time. We typically arrive almost an hour prior to
your scheduled start time and will be set up long before your first guest arrives. But it's on our
own time! The same applies for takedown time after your event.
 
Why can't I find any rates post on your site?
With every event being different many factors that go into determents the rate for a event like
event type, hours and event date. If you would like an event quote you can submit your event information or call us to receive your quote. You should receive a reply to your submitted information with in 24 hours in most cases you'll hear back same day .
 
Will RJJ Take Music Request?
Yes !! I'm surprised to hear there are disc jockey out there who won't except music request. RJJ highly encourage music request before your event and at you event from your guest.  Not sure about the music for your party you can leave the music to your disc jockey who's experience of reading the guest along with taking request will insure the right music will get played at event.
 
Can we have a "do not play" list?
Your do not play list is equally important or more important than the request list itself! Any specific songs or general types of music you absolutely hate should go on your on-line event planner "do not play" list Rest assured that if a guest requests a song that is on your "do not play" list, it will
not be played.
 
Who'll will be my disc jockey?
RJJ currently has five disc jockeys on staff. The disc jockey who contacts you about your event will be the disc jockey for your that assist you in the planning of your special event. Your disc jockey will be the one who will assist you in planning your event details from the first contact to last dance at your event.
 
Do you offer a contract or written agreement?
Yes! Our contract is straightforward and written in plain English so that you can understand the terms before signing. It is signed by both parties and offers you a high level of protection and dependability. With the contract you can be assured that there will be no hidden extra charges or surprises at your event. If you have any questions or concerns about the terms, Please ask.
 
Do you have a video or can we view a live event?
Studio-edited video demos can make anything DJ look appealing! For this reason, we've decided
the only way a prospective client can make an informed decision is to meet the disc jockey in person, and contact the referrals on past Rebecca's Jolly Jumps clients.
 
When will you arrive at my event ?
First off you'll never be charged extra for the set up of Rebecca's Jolly Jump's equipment at you event ! We arrive at your event anywhere from 90 - 60 minutes prior to the event start time stated on your entertainment agreement to insure proper set up and to perform a sound checks before your guest arrive. We honor special request for equipment set up times if needed please talk to your event planner for details.
 
What attire we be worn by my disc jockey?
For weddings the Disc Jockey will be dressed in a formal tuxedo unless different attire is requested. For other event the disc jockey may semiformal to casual clothing to suit your function . If special clothing for a special theme party must be worn please make this request. It's your
choice for attire at no extra charge.
 
How do I get my entertainment quote for my event?
To receive your free entertainment quote, with Rebecca's Jolly Jumps all you need to do is either
click on our event information link and fill in the event detail or call 916 761-8226 or 209 663-7557
or e-mail us.  Once this has been completed someone will contact you within 24 hours by phone
or e-mail with your entertainment quote. At this time if you have any further question you may ask
your party expert. After this we will send our entertainment agreement to be signed and return with the non refundable retainer fee for your event. We can also accept all major credit cards through our web site.
 
When will our final wedding consolation take place?
The final wedding meeting will take place one to three weeks before the wedding date. We will
set this date and time to meet two months prior to the wedding were all wedding events will be discuss. Always available 24/7 at our site you have access to your personal wedding planner
and the music library where you can request your music.
 
What type of payments do you accept and when?
The way our payment scheduled works is first you sign the entertainment agreement and return
the white copy with the $200.00 retainer fee within ten days to hold your event date.
This payment can be made by check, money order or credit card. The remaining balance will be received prior to the start of your event by check, money order or cash. Note for weddings the final payment will be received at our final wedding meeting around two weeks prior to your wedding date. You can also make a payment with a credit cards on our web site by using our payment link..
 
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you need to cancel your event for some unforeseeable reason within 90 days of the event
you forfeit the retainer fee paid. If event is canceled in 60 days or less the full payment is due because of lost bookings for your event date. If the date you cancel is booked after your cancellation RJJ will gladly refund you your full payment after the event date .To change a event date please contact us quickly as possible.
 
Does the Disc Jockey expect tipping/gratuity?
While it's common to tip in the entertainment industry, it is not mandatory. However if your disc Jockey exceed your exceptions and you wish to tip, this would be accepted and taken as a
great Compliment.
