Deposits We require a valid credit card to hold a reservation with orders exceeding $200.00. The only exception to this is with organizations (schools, churches, etc) with which we have made prior arrangements to waive the credit card info requirement. When you place a reservation with us you may be asked to provide this credit card information during the reservation process. A 4% - 5% Credit Card Processing may apply, when using your credit card. Pricing Policy All prices on the site are CASH prices only (discounted 5% from regular price.) If you wish to pay by credit card, business check or personal check please make your selection under payment type on the reservation form. Any other than cash payment requires payment in advance, please view info on reservation form. Driver can decline delivery if payment is not available when he/she arrives. We try our best to offer you better quality, service and selection than the competition at rates that are comparable but we are not always going to have the lowest prices. Some customers have asked if we price match and the answer is no. Too many times have we seen or heard about other companies' equipment being dirty, late for delivery, having holes that are duct taped together, broken floor ties, poor inflation due to excessive wear, etc. WHY WOULD WE lower our price to match them? There are reasons we pay so much money for cleaners, drivers, repair, etc. It's for our customers. We can't promise nothing will ever go wrong (it can happen) but we do our best to make sure it won't be during your event.
We offer a 10% discount for Schools, Church, Military, Non-Profits and Repeat Customers on some (not all) of our products or services. Enter your affiliation on the reservation form comment section. You will need to show proof of eligibility to obtain the discount. Discounts are void if payment is not received at or before the time of delivery. Rental Agreement All customers are required to sign a rental agreement. Please read this agreement carefully. Cancellations Cancellations for a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees) must be done by 8 PM a full 7 days prior to your scheduled event date, at no cost to you. Cancellations received less than a full 7 days prior to your schedule event will have the option of a rental of equal amount for another day or credit applied for a future rental. No monetary refund will be given to orders cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event. This allows us enough time to attempt to rent the equipment to someone else. If you cancel any less than 7 days before the event, you will be responsible to pay us 50% of the rental fee and any credit card processing fees incurred, excluding any sales tax, due to the unlikelihood of us being able to rent that equipment to others. No refunds will be issued on additional insured fees under any circumstances. Rain/Weather Policy Cancellations for a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees) must be done by 8 PM a full 7 days prior to your scheduled event date, at no cost to you. Cancellations received less than a full 7 days prior to your schedule event will have the option of a rental of equal amount for another day or credit applied for a future rental. In the event of inclement weather or potential for inclement weather (we use accuweather.com for guidance) a rain date can be set by the client for any date during that delivery season which ends on the 31st day of October of each year. The decision to deliver or not due to weather is determined solely by Rebecca's Jolly Jumps and not the customer. Due to insurance regulations we are not allowed to set up in rain, high winds, lightening or worse. It is for the safety of our customer and their guests when these decisions are made. All clients have a delivery window time regardless of the actual event start time and this time window is what we use to determine when deciding to cancel or attempt delivery. As always, we require 48 hours to reschedule an event or call for approval if you are attempting to reschedule within a shorter notice to ensure that delivery can be accommodated. Staking of Inflatable's Rebecca's Jolly Jumps will not be held responsible for any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, electrical, rocks, etc. when staking down inflatable's.
Tent Staking & Installation Policy Tents we install will be staked into the ground. An additional fee will apply if we are staking into asphalt/concrete, please let us know in advance so we will bring the proper equipment. An additional drilling/patching fee will apply. If severe weather is predicted, we reserve the right to refuse to install a frame tent. Know what is underground before we arrive. We are not responsible for any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, electrical, rocks, etc. Keep in mind that overhead clearance (i.e. electrical wires, tree branches, etc.) is also necessary. We offer water barrels, please ask our staff regarding policy. Surface Types It is always best that the unit be on grass or has the opening leading to the grass. We setup on Concrete, Blacktop, Grass and Carpet. Not recommended for loose dirt. NO SAND!!!!! Slides are not recommended for Concrete or Blacktop unless there are areas where the unit can be anchored.
Public Property Events Most municipalities have additional insurance requirements when setting up on public property. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the municipality to find out these requirements, if any, and communicate that information to us. Sod/Grass or Synthetic Grass We will not be responsible for any damage to sod or grass. Equipment Damage or Abuse We do not hold our customers responsible for equipment failure from normal use and when our equipment has been used as instructed. However, the customer is responsible for any damage to or abuse of our equipment while it is their possession. If any repair to our equipment or replacement of our equipment is necessary due to customer damage or abuse, whether by them or those present at their event, we will charge their credit card to either repair or replace our equipment as needed. Equipment Cleaning We expect to clean out the normal grass and leaves that accumulate in the inflatable's from normal use and we do not charge customers for this type of cleaning. However, no other foreign objects should ever be allowed in the inflatable's and we will charge a $25 an hour cleaning fee to remove them. These items include, but are not limited to: silly string, liquids, beverages, food of any type, candy, sand, rocks and toys. Water should never be applied to any inflatable not specifically designed for use with water. If you apply water to an inflatable not designed for its use we will charge a $100 charge to clean and dry the inflatable. Stairs We have a 'NO STAIRS POLICY'. We try to accommodate all of our customers but please remember this is at the discretion of the driver. Inflatables range from 170 to 570 pounds. Locations without stairs but still have a lower or upper field where you wish to setup the equipment falls under the same policy as those with stairs. Be sure to consider this prior to making your reservation since you are still responsible for the cancellation fees. Removal of Silly String like substances If silly string or any similar substance is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside |of the inflatable unit, a $200.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed by Rebecca's Jolly Jumps. If, in our opinion, the damage is severe enough to render the unit un-rentable, the customer will be responsible for the replacement of the unit (minimum $1,000), at full replacement price, and any loss of revenue until the replacement arrives. The reason for this policy is that the chemicals in these products cause irreparable damage to the inflatable and the cleaners that have to be used to remove them also cause additional damage. Removal of Bio-hazards A $100 cleaning fee will automatically be imposed for the removal of any human or animal by-product. These include: blood, urine, feces, vomit, nasal fluids and saliva. Delivery Policy All of our rentals include free local delivery, setup and removal within a 15 radius of our office in Elk Grove, Ca. If your event is outside this radius, a delivery fee for that area with apply. Upon delivery, we will walk you through safety rules prior to and after set up of the bounce house. Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Rebecca's Jolly Jumps reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of the Rebecca's Jolly Jumps representative, it deems a danger or jeopardizes safety in any way. The dimensions of all of our equipment are listed in the item descriptions. If we deliver equipment to the specified location and the equipment cannot be set-up because the area is inaccessible or not suitable for safe set-up, you will be responsible to pay 50% of the total rental fee. Unsuitable areas can be caused by: animal excrement, vegetation, not enough ground space including a 3' safety zone around all inflatable's, inadequate access to set-up location, overhead obstructions or unsuitable ground material like sharp gravel or any substance which may damage the equipment. Your Data Keeping your data safe is another area we take very seriously. We will never share or sell any of that info with anybody. General Safety Rules - Always have a responsible adult present to supervise others.
- Use common sense in supervising use of the unit. If something does not look right,
you should stop it immediately. - All riders should be in the same group (i.e.: the same related size).
- Never jump on a partially inflated unit.
- Do not plug and unplug blower repeatedly, as it will cause it to burn up.
- Never put a hose or water on the unit.
- Remove shoes and any sharp objects from your person or in pockets.
- Do not allow riders to hang or pull on netting.
- In case of rain, remove riders and unplug motor and extension cord from wall.
After deflated, fold unit onto itself to keep the play area dry.
Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Rebecca's Jolly Jumps reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of the Rebecca's Jolly Jumps representative, it deems a danger or jeopardizes safety in any way.  |
